Morning:
F(a)ge 0% Greek yogurt with blueberries, 1 egg, water.
Snack 90 Minutes after:
Cliff builder bar, water.
Lunch:
Turkey and spinach sandwich with whole wheat bread, and carrots on the side. Water to drink. Usually some fruit too.
Snack:
More fruit. Usually and apple and some strawberries or papaya
Dinner :
Usually chicken or fish, with veggies on the side. (Usually broccoli, carrots, spinach)
Post work out :
Protein shake
