Is there technically an infinite amount of potentially generated chakra?

Take Naruto, he uses rasengan, all that chakra is burned up and perhaps dissipates in the air or just disappears. Latter on he charges up more chakra in order to do more jutsu. So basically if humans can generate chakra through their own energy consumption wouldn't that mean there could be a potentially infinite amount of chakra obtained from one chakra fruit as long as the inheritors of chakra continually generate chakra with their bodies? Or does chakra dissipate into the air and then get reabsorbed into humans as they "charge" or rest?

That's a plot hole. In the Naruto verse ninjas chakra return after a while so that implies that chakra is infinite. There are many chakra fruits around the universe and it's possible that they are infinite. It's plothole. Like how do bijuus chakra return after a while?

This is a manga and a fictional universe. And edo teinseis have infinite chakra because it constantly regenerates, not that they have infinite chakra all at the same time.

Naruto burning up chakra consistently to the point he cannot produce a jutsu is like the same state as a regular human being finishing a 26 mile run.

She uses chakra/senjutsu on a planetary scale. When infinite tskuyomi was being preformed she was absorbing all the chakra from the ground/earth while sapping life energy from the victims in the jukai kouton.

they were pretty clear on that she wanted to unite all chakra once again and have it for herself because it was her property. It was also said that if the infinite tsukyomi had lasted until completion there would be a new chakra fruit from all the harvested chakra.

Yes, but the amount of Chakra they have and can use at one given moment isn't infinite, but their body generally produces more Stamina (which is used to create and release Chakra) while at rest, so one would eventually generate more and more Stamina and produce more Chakra. It's not infinite unless the user is immortal which is possible with the Chakra of the Chakra Fruit.

That chakra likely dissipates or else the Sharingan would see a shit ton of Chakra floating throughout the atmosphere.
