Whitebeard and Shanks.I wait for Kaidou and Big Mom.
I also think Dragon by hype.
Prime Whitebeard and Roger by their hype could potentially stomp.

I thought alot more people would have said Garp.

I believe he's been offered the Admiral position many times, even Fleet Admiral and always turned them down.

IMO, if Sengoku hadn't stopped him, Garp probably would have killed Akainu.
