Overrating those guys. To take on 3 admirals at once is probably close to impossible with what we know atm.

Individually? Well, that's a different case. I think all the Yonko's excluding Big Mam as I believe her to be the weakest in the Yonko's, Rayliegh, Garp and Sengoku.

Even in their primes, there isn't any proof that anyone can take all three of them down at once. There are way too many angles they can attack you from.

And why in God's name are people saying Gold Roger? Have we seen him do anything? No. Just because he was Pirate King, doesn't mean he can take anyone on. People just assume things too easily.
