is there a season 3 of Darker than Black?

I just finished waantching darker than black season 2, over all the anime was really goooood, but what's up with the ending of season 2?
is there gonna be season 3 or at least a OVA, couse the ending of season 2 don't make sense for me, i was satisfied with the ending of season 1 but the second naaah.
anyway wt do u guys think? wt would u recommend me to watch next?

and of course death note
I want something epic like these anime

did you watch the 4 episode ova that takes place between 1 and 2??
and there is a season three BUT this will be Don't quote me I think back when they were fighting at heavens gate with amber and hei's sister

also short animes try: Gurren Lagann, Mirai Nikki claymore and hellsing ultimate
