Why place your eggs in one basket? The plan was to attain all chakra beasts ASAP so one focused attack on village isn't going to be beneficial...Seems like all of their problems could've been solved if they just attacked all at once.
I can't remember if there was a reason or not.
I can solo this thread in 4 letters.Seems like all of their problems could've been solved if they just attacked all at once.

Bro I just solo'd your thread and you are still talking?Except they didn't go all at once. One team would go, and then another team would go, which is the same as them all going at the same time. In fact it's worse.
They couldn't even extract the bijuus all at once I don't think, so sending them in order to have it go quicker doesn't make sense.
As for them dying, no.
This answer is the most logical.it's pretty obvious those 9 would've stood out like a sore thumb anywhere being in the same place. It ran counterproductive to them trying to carry out their tasks in relative secrecy.
Sort of. They went in pairs but not one pair after another. They went in pairs but they were, for the most part searching, Intel gathering and then capturing the bijuu in tandem.Except they didn't go all at once. Pain also mentioned the bijuu needed to be sealed in order of tails and it takes all of the. together days to seal one bijuu into the Geno. Sending them all at once against a bijuu poses a problem.
If someone dies during the attempt they risk their secret being exposed, the sealing process would take an age until they find a replacement, and with their secret out all villages would be after them once discovered...okay a few problems XD
These are answers I was looking for.it's pretty obvious those 9 would've stood out like a sore thumb anywhere being in the same place. It ran counterproductive to them trying to carry out their tasks in relative secrecy.
their objective of capturing the jin wasn't something Onoki or the Raikage knew about. Their knowledge of Akatsuki only went back as far as their days of being a merc outfit.Still though, I don't think the Akatsuki were trying to keep themselves a secret. Ohnoki and Raikage both used them as they hired them. Did I miss something?
it wasn't arbitrarily stated, but it's the math i came up with when i put together a statement that was made (i'm thinking it was Yamato) about how a squad needed enough members to carry out missions, but in enough small numbers to where said squad won't stick out + 9 characters wearing the same thing from head to toe would've ended up getting unwanted attention in a village/town somehow, especially because their "uniform" was pretty unique.Them going out in pairs to search for intel makes sense to me, but I still don't see where they said that.
true, but there's also something to be said that they were also able to accomplish certain tasks because they were only sent in pairs. It was bad enough for them that there were certain pairs that tended to bicker and fight because they had different beliefs and their personalities clashed . If there were 3 or more of them together at a time and they all rubbed each other the wrong way, they would likely end up killing each other more times than they completed objectives. Also, sending member in pairs of two would only increase the chance of someone dying, and, in fact, a lot of members did die because they were sent in pairs, which is part of my point.
It still wasn't a secret. By the end of part 1 we already knew what the Akatsuki wanted, and at the beginning of part 1 they made it clear again.their objective of capturing the jin wasn't something Onoki or the Raikage knew about.
