We don't when Jiraiya started to track the Akatsuki. He didn't know any of their names. Only info Jiraiya got was that there was 10 of them and Itachi is among them. Which he probably got from crossing paths with Orochimaru.

Actually we do he started tracking them after finding Tsunade and bring her back to the leaf.

Do explain why Naruto and his Godly sensing didn't find these guys quickly? Did you read the spoiler? Sasuke and Naruto went to Orochimaru to ask about these guys rather than Naruto being able to immediately find them with his sensing skill.
So obviously these guys can hide their chakra or something,besides we don't even know how many of them there are.
But i see you bro,i know you have to ignore logic to insult Sasuke.

If Naruto could find them so easily then why go to Orochimaru first instead of handeling the enemy?
If that's the case then how do you explain Kakashi having a flashback of Jiraiya telling him about the Akatsuki before he got Tsunade?

Yeah,Jiraiya had been tracking Orochimaru,and the Akatsuki for years.He never found most of them,and managed to find out his own students were apart of it years after he heard they died.

However, when Itachi initially joined, he was partnered with Orochimaru immediately. Itachi stopped Oro from taking over his body, so the latter left the organization. Orochimaru continued his own business with Kabuto, Itachi wasn't partnered again with anyone until he was 17- that being Kisame.

Never even said Naruto could track them, but Sasuke waited nearly 10 years to finally send a hawk to Naruto to go and consult Orochimaru, what was he doing before that? Oh i get it, "looking for akatsuki"

Jiraiya never found the Akatsuki. If he did, then they would have had info on every single member. Only members they had info on was Itachi and Kisame because he came to Konoha with Itachi.
How is he tracking an organization that move in groups of two? Jiraiya literally had no leads until Pain was force to come out of the shadows.
You still can't compare Jiraiya situation to Sasuke's situation because Itachi joined as spy. So he could have easily leaked small info.

Well.. if the Akatsuki were tracking Jinchuriki, don't you think the Sand and Leaf would have done what the Cloud Village did when they saw the Sasuke in the akatsuki? Go to their respective village and get information on them.
It was Kabuto who gave them information on the Akatsuki.
All of them couldn't have been in the Bingo Book because Nagato and Konan was presumed dead. They didn't even know who Hidan and Kakuzu was. Zetsu wasn't in the Bingo Book. Obito was presumed dead too.
