Is the Fourth Shinobi War the final arc?

No it's obviously not. We are already at the ten tails revival arc, which is after the shinobi war arc. I believe there will be at least 2 more arcs though.

I think Kishi is building himself room for one more major arc. I hope I wrong given how much Obito has influenced the magna up until this point. Only fitting the last great villan Naruto faces before Sasuke is one who paralles himself.

Nope, were in the Ten Tails Revival Arc.

It's five shinobi nation (including Naruto, Killer Bee, Kakashi, and Guy) versus Madra, Itachi, Juubi, and possibly four previous hokages and Sasuke.

Will there be another time-skip? We will not if there will be another time-skip, Kishi likes to keep us guessing and anything could possibly happen in the near distant future.

Kishi stated that the Manga will end "between July to August 2014." So a lot of things will happen, which will be great .
