Depends.Kishi did say the final fight would be between naruto and sasuke regardless of what happens beforehand so,it all depends on how the fight with madara and obito goes.
Once they eventually beat the uchihas i think the last part won't have an official arc name unless kishi plans to stretch out their fight with other side stories

Yeah as someone else said Oro is now alive again, so he might then be the final villan after this war blows over and they think they have peace. I'm intrigued as to what he has up his sleeve.

Well , the thing is a good manga has a scaling plot. Every threat needs to be greater that the last. Right now we have a revived mega villain alongside full of vengeful spirits "sidekick" (who is actually top3) that wants to place the whole world under an illusion and uses an ancient monster of destructive power to achieve that. If there is one more arc, we need something to top that , which would be kinda difficult. Or, we have a timeskip, like 30 years after the war, the villages again become enemies and Sasuke takes on Tsuki no Me.
