3rd Raikage should easily beat Sasuke, only Wind Release works against him, Black Flames won't do much believe me, since not even a Bijuu's Dama work lol I'm pretty sure Gyuki would mention that Bijuu Dama's can affect the 3rd Raikage in that fight.

When did he take a Bijudama? Gyuki said he collapsed with it before he used it. Goes to show that Sasuke is one of the most underrated people here, if you think some guy who isn't even top ten can beat him, or Amaterasu does nothing.

Why wouldnt Gyuki resort to Bijuu Dama after a lengthy tough fight? Bijuu have brains ya know lol Just using logic here.

His intelligence is what he means...

kabuto was controlling him so he didn't know the raikages weakness. If the raikage was the one fighing he wouldn't have died the way he did against Naruto. If u guys think the raikage is stupid to the point he would do the same mistake twice after a solo battle with the 8 tails than u guys are just underrating him.

Hidan i dont believe his underrated at all, i think the way in which most people view him is usual a correct analysis of his abilities . With the 3rd Raikage it is actually similar concept to Hidan, he is after all a kage which is a measure of his strength neither of which i dont believe to be underated. But for me non of which would be in my top 10 to be frank with you guys.

1.Intelligence
2. Strength (Physical)
3.Will power (Endurance)
4. Speed
5.Agility
7. Ninjustu (Techniques)
8. Adaptability for example using different weapons effectively to a high standard or enviroment.
9. Judgement
10. Confidence in ones ability ...... the last one i forgot =(
