Is the 3rd Raikage underrated?

Why isn't he top ten?
From what I read this dude can seriously mess anyone up, here is a few traits of him;

• Strongest Shield, its said nothing can touch him but only his own technique.

• His an stamina god, he went 3 consecutive days on a endless battle, and went head to head with Gyuki, till they both collapsed.

• Speed Freak! Naruto mentioned he is on par with his son Ay, not only that he has raw power!

• He could actually battle a Bijuu 1 on 1 no problems.

• His Hell Stab jutsu looks like to be the most feared Raiton jutsu, and with his speed and power, its a definite one-shot kill jutsu.


Honestly even people like Hashirama or Sasuke will have a really hard to with this guy, I don't think Wood or Black Flames can stop him, his a freaking battle tank!

Good points but he did kill himself twice well once and damn near twice. That's why he has the scar on his chest. He is a tank but can you really be top ten when you almost off yourself then do kill yourself in almost the exact same manner.

Killing yourself doesn't make you "weak" in anyway, since its only you that can kill yourself.

Susanoo's seems to slowly drain life force, meaning Sasuke or Madara for that fact is slowly killing themselves.

Meaning, fatigue set in and the Third Raikage fell on his sword by accident.When someone is tire things like that are highly possible.My belief in why you can't rank guys like the former Kages is we don't know enough about them to place them within the realm of the top tier shinobis.I'm pretty sure guys like The Third Raikage, The Third Kazekage, The Third Hokage, and The Fourth Mizukage have more than the few jutsu we have seen from them, but without that information, it's hard to rank their respective skill sets.

I can't count that has a true defeat.You can't actually judge an Edo intelligence because Edos have no will of their own when they are being controlled. Kabuto took full control of Edo Third Raikage from the beginning of the battle;The Third Raikage attacks and his movement were all controlled by Kabuto. Charging straight ahead without thinking or taking any counter maneuver isn't something I believe any shinobi would do, except Naruto of course.

I believe Tsunade can get through his defenses.

3rd Raikage should easily beat Sasuke, only Wind Release works against him, Black Flames won't do much believe me, since not even a Bijuu's Dama work lol I'm pretty sure Gyuki would mention that Bijuu Dama's can affect the 3rd Raikage in that fight.

Tsunade has been proven to be stronger than A(Raikage), not the Third Raikage.And furthermore, to get through the Third Raikage defensive you have to actually have the ability to keep up with his speed.The Third Raikage dodge a rasenshuriken, I think he can dodge Tsunade's fists.
