To answer your question no it is not. However there is evidence that lends to the possibility of its existence

- Hashirama's mystery sage mode and its healing ability

-Tsunade being his grand daughter and having a similar healing ability

- Mount Myoboku, Ryuuchi Cave and The Shikkotsurin Forest being 3 equally famous places with the first 2 having their own for of sage mode.

- Slugs live in the forest and hashirama and the senju are associated with the forest not to mention he has the wood style.

- 2 of the sannin have used some form of senjutsu and as we all know 3 is the magic number with these ninja. Their summonings form a deadlock.

- Some speculate that sakura's circle symbol and hashirama's circle symbol when in sage mode is a hint and foreshadowing of her having slug sage mode.
