Kabuto suggested it, he said there was 3 places you can learn it and the forrest was one of them. In the chapter about a New wind, or something where Tsunade reattached herself, Kasuyu was said to be from the forrest. Hint hint.You got proof

We didn't know that toad sage mode existed till J-Man used it on Pain.
Kabuto got his hands on DSM through Orochimaru and his knowledge.
What is stopping Tsunade from having it?
Didn't know Hashirama had sage mode either.

To answer your question no it is not. However there is evidence that lends to the possibility of its existence
- Hashirama's mystery sage mode and its healing ability
-Tsunade being his grand daughter and having a similar healing ability
- Mount Myoboku, Ryuuchi Cave and The Shikkotsurin Forest being 3 equally famous places with the first 2 having their own for of sage mode.
- Slugs live in the forest and hashirama and the senju are associated with the forest not to mention he has the wood style.
- 2 of the sannin have used some form of senjutsu and as we all know 3 is the magic number with these ninja. Their summonings form a deadlock.
- Some speculate that sakura's circle symbol and hashirama's circle symbol when in sage mode is a hint and foreshadowing of her having slug sage mode.

I agree it is the next logical sage mode. Too bad logic is hard to come by nowadays.
Ppl hear Slug Sage Mode and they get crazy and start their sakura/tsunade bashing. If it wasn't associated with those 2 all these types of threads would not even exist. No one said it existed but it is highly likely and as u said, it is the next logical sage mode.

Slug sage mode won't make any difference to the story, Tsunade is already strong as hell. But physical strength is not enough to beat Madara. By the way how will she obtain the 'sage mode' without training???
