Believe it or not, it's really not. And I have no bias between these two characters.
The video game scan also uses Juubi jinchuuriki Madara, not Rinnegan Madara. So there's a different in power.

I always wondered if they could like adjust the size depending on the amount of chakra they pour into it. Maybe Madara's is just naturally huge. His Sharingan specialty was Susanoo after all.

WTF?........ Sasuke?..... Not enough Chakra?......... To me..... Sasuke's susanoo is better and more advanced than Madara's..... We cannot compare them practically cuz they never stood side by side..... But according to the fact that Sasuke's is made using sage Chakra.....
