People comparing the size of a juubi jinchuriki to Sasuke ? Of course a JUUBI JINS' construct will be larger, because madara has a larger chakra reservoir than Sasuke. The smaller the PS the less chakra is being put into it unless people want to dispute that regular rinnegan Madara is stronger than Rikoudo Sasuke

And then, Madara's PS compared to the Mokuton-vines that are much bigger than a human, while Sasuke's PS is so small that even Zetsu/Obito looks pretty big.

No perfect susanoo doesn't tower over kurama. Kurama walks on four legs and PS on two, if kurama stood on two legs their size would be the same discounting kurama's tails.
