Urm, I always laugh my ass off when someone uses Naruto wiki as a proof, simply because the info is added by fans. Manga never states that Sasuke has Tsukiyomi, and Databook refers to Itachi. This is how Obito described Sasuke's Mangekyo Genjutsu or so called ''Tsukiyomi'':

The moon and sun would combine to form Sussano as this reference depicted later on.

Hence, it is safe to assume that without moon and sun, one cannot have Sussano. So Sasuke's MS genjutsu is Tsukiyomi, but it's not written so exemplify the element of moon's illusion; an area where Itachi excels.

If one takes Tsukiyomi into account, then Sasuke's is vastly weak compared to Itachi as it lacks the time/space manipulation illusion. But as a stand alone genjutsu, it's extremely powerful. More powerful than Itachi in terms of Tsukuyomi? No. More powerful on normal level? No, I would put them on the same level.

And you fail right here, Kakashi clearly meant that Itachi surpasses the normal sharingan, and when you surpass normal sharingan you have mangekyo sharingan. If you're struck by its eye technique(referring to tsukiyomi), it can affect you in instant.

I dont think sasuke has tsukiyomi. what he has are strong eyes, thats it. if he had tsukiyomi the danzo fight wouldnt have lasted that long. its itachis tech and his alone. aside from shisui no one can mess with it and if itachi really wanted to use it on sasuke it would have been a wrap. genjutsu wise sasukes is average probably no better than kerenais

Since he's talking about, and trying to explain about the MS genjutsu he faced from the start? Out of context, this statement would imply what you mean, but within the moon reference, it clearly doesn't.

Obito said "Sasuke Genjutsu was weak compare to Tsukuyomi" and everyone in Manga is weak compare to Itachi level of Genjutsu in Tsukuyomi, but that doesn't change the fact Sasuke Genjutsu being far superior to Kurenai level of Genjutsu.
