Is Sasuke's new rinnegan like Madara's?

The eye Madara just opened on his forehead looks like Sasuke's.
Do you think Sasuke should be able to create an Infinite Tsukiyomi too, or even control it from within once Madara creates his?

Also, if they have the same eye, shouldn't Madara be able to use Sasuke's teleportation too?

The third eye, as Madara said opens when a transmigrant gets close to the moon. And it's only purpose is to cast IT.

So no, I believe Sasuke has rinnegan which just happens to have tomoe.

But still, the 9 tomoe Rinnegan was her third eye, she had another doujutsu. Just like Madara has two rinnegan, same thing. But Sasuke only has two eyes.

No. The sage and his brother were born with it. They didnt gain it like madara and their mother. They had it since they came out of Kaguya and learned how to use it. They had a lifetime to learn how to use it and the chakra. While Madara is a transmigrant and had to steal Hashis cells in order to awaken it just before dying. He only managed to have it again in the war arc and he didnt even have both before this chapter

we really don't know if Hagamoro had it when he was born. His mom did not have the rinnengan just 2 bakugan and the juubi eye from eating the fruit.

I don't think this is the case it seems like you new the Shinju chakra (Juubi jinchurki) and the sharinnegan to use it. The whole point if the war was to collect the bijuus and revive the Juubi because it's eye could project it in the moon it probably takes and enormous amount of chakra to project it on to everyone. As for kaguya no one can say anything we don't know if she just used it on her foes or on the moon but she did eat the fruit which have her the Shinju chakra and eye. It's even stated while on the genjustu it connects everyone in a matrix like way so it's possible this is how kaguya controlled everyone and was stopped by her sons or she used it on a less caliber scale either way you need the juubie chakra to perform it

Sasuke has the eyes but he needs the power of all 9 tailed beast. he only has half that power. They do have the same eyes and I think Sasuke's is more powerful than Madara's regular rennigan. I also think that Sasuke should have the paths power too but I don't think he knows how to use all of its powers.
