Is Sasuke's Ameno The Most Versatile Jutsu?

So as far as versatility goes would Sasuke's Ameno be the most versatile singular jutsu ever?...meaning that this single jutsu could be used in the most different situations appropriate? (not counting Dojutsu) For example:

We've seen him give his cloak to an army to guard ppl, he was able to remotely control the tails on them to block attacks, and he was even able to restore ppl's chakra and heal them with it. He even made it possible for Hinata to block an attack from the juubi singlehandedly. He even gave the K11 his signature jutsu. Ameno while impressive basically is nothing but transportation and ftg can do most of what it can and even a little more. True versatility is when a single jutsu can perform multiple roles on the battlefield.

Only when the user is nerfed, EMS Sasuke would've one shot the entire summit with Amaterasu cause no one is dodging his pre-cog but Naruto. And JuubiJins can't erase Rikudou Sasuke's jutsu because six path chakra is also senjutsu.

And to be fair TSB is also easily countered, as long as you have Senjutsu you're immune to its effects. Actually no, TSB and Amaterasu have huge weaknesses but none are easily countered unless you're on the user's level.

yea kamui is more versatile but I was thinking ameno at first because of the multiple ways you could switch things depending on the situation...but I guess ninjutsu like kamui/truth seeking orbs/kurama chakra mode are probably more versatile

Damn. I didn't even think about that. I'd say he's probably right.

Reason I mentioned TSB to begin with is because :
You have Omnyoudon>All Ninjutsu.
Make a shield to cover your whole body and possibly make an armor much like lightning armor.
Able to manipulate the shape of the TSB at will.
Sword of Nunobuko, which is only as strong as the users will. In Naruto's case, it'd be hax.
Only known weakness is Senjutsu.

So if Naruto's cloak would be considered a jutsu, then yes it's more versatile for sure. TSB would just be greater in power/defence. Imo.
