Sasuke had already been using the Sharingan, Katon, Raiton, Kuchiyose and genjutsu etc. Being under, and escaping Tsukuyomi must've took a strain on his stamina too. Plus, all of Oro's experiments must've enlarged his reserves which were already potent.
