ommm it's pretty evident that sakura will surpass tsunade. she's already surpassed shizune in a matter of 3 years, and shizune has been tsunade's right hand for how long? right. it's been stated in part 1 that sakura's a very quick learner, and can easily adept to the situation. therefore, i don't see her having a problem with surpassing the sannin. i even feel like she's going to help sasuke and naruto fight madara or kabuto, and not be useless! kishi will give her her time to shine. vs sasori was only a glimpse of what she can do

You must understand that Tsunade is not regular Senjuu, shes just regular shinobi just like Sakura. Senjuus were said to have powerful chakras, and Tsunades chakra is normal. So being as Senjuu descendant gives her nothing.

Well technically they can't be the next Sannin because Hanzo is dead, who invented the title in the first place. But I suppose the current Sannin could pass the titles to the apprentices. But it wouldn't be official as Orochimaru and Jiraiya are dead, and Tsunade wouldn't pass the Sannin title of Oro to Sasuke because she wants him in a body bag or something.
But the 3 students [Naruto Sakura and Sasuke] have all pretty much surpassed their teachers.

Hanzo, may have invented it, but the title is based on their abilities. Orochimaru is not dead. Tsunade likes Sasuke because she cares for Naruto. Sakura has also surpassed Tsunade.
