Agree that he seems more stable since then. But Sasuke is usually drawn with a stoic expression. Last chapter he looked displeased about something.

He's the least stable person in the entire manga. Even bipolar Jugo is more stable than Sasuke. Sasuke is immature and easily manipulated, it's like he doesn't have a mind of his own. Itachi even said it, he's a blank canvas that can easily be painted over. Anyone can manipulate him.
