Nar he hasn't been acknowledged by the villages so he isn't worthy. He wants to force his way in and he doesn't care if people disagree, that's a terrible type of hokage.

Plus if sasuke drops his sword he would get 1-panelled and his village would be screwed.

Hashirama got 1 shotted too, and your boy couldn't even handle Sakon/Ukon he needed Kankuro to back him up
