Is Sasuke faster than Itachi

Hebi Sasuke had 4.5/5 in speed in the 3rd databook & Itachi had 5. MS Sasuke was probably as fast as him or close to it. EMS & above were faster.

Itachi was always steps ahead of Sasuke due to being 5 years older. & the thread was asking who's faster, not stronger. Sasuke was close to Itachi in speed before he even awakened the MS.

Itachis movements were faster then the sharingan could see, then during the fight with Sasuke, Itachi was grabing sasukes suriken and kunai throuing them back and plus had the time to make a shadow clone, the thing is Itachi was much much much faster until Sasuke got his rinengan and just to be noted Sasuke inst fast for his taijutsu but beacause of his rinengan. So
