Is Sasori can beat Itachi?

Sasori wins. Itachi's 2nd worst match-up in the whole series. Kabuto DSM is his worst.

Amaterasu takes forever too burn. Sasori changes bodies pretty fast. Amaterasu is no factor.

Susano'o gets countered by Iron Sand, seeing as how it goes under Susano'o and then kills Itachi.

You're wrong. Amaterasu burns quickly on focused eye sight. Refer to Sasuke vs Bee, or Itachi escaping J-man's toad mouth trap. Like I said at the beginning of the thread. Sasori's heart is a giant beacon for Itachi's sharingan to follow, Itachi would have him figured from the get go. As much as I like Sasori, Itachi does win this one. People are under the impression that, just because his main Genjutsu doesn't work, he's suddenly a "bad match-up". If Sasori can have a plan from the get-go, I'm sure it'd be an interesting fight.

Edit: Once Itachi can see the chakra from Sasori's heart, he can finish him with a Totsuka to the chest, or simply Amaterasu him.

People have already explained it, but I will do so as well. Sharingan's chakra detecting abilites would prove to be Sasori's undoing. Itachi will simply detect where his heart is and it's over there and then with Amaterasu. Sasori is an extremely powerful ninja, no doubt, but a sharingan user is his worst nightmare.

Hiruko literally lasts a good five second before it is amertarasud and unless sasori wants to be hit as well he would wisely get out of there .. now iron sand is the only true problem here ( hundred puppets are dealt with fire style or a few slashes from totska blade)
But iron sand Cant make it past yata so itachi takes this
