He can, but loses most of the time. Sharingan can see chakra, and he's going to notice where it's all coming from. Ultimately, his heart is just one big beacon for his sharingan to follow. He can soon dispatch of Sasori with a Totosuka through the middle, or a focused Amaterasu. If played well, Sasori wins.
