To the OP: Of course Sasori is Kage Level. He's Mid-High Kage. He took down the strongest Kazekage in history. He even has a data book score of 34.5 which is higher than most Akatsuki. Though data book overall scores aren't something to determine a fight, having a 34.5 is very impressive

Kakuzu is kage level
Kisame is kage level
Sasori is kage level
Deidara can be said to be kage level

Hidan is in Akatsuki because he has a special ability that is quite good.
