Sasori defeated strongest Kazekage of Sunagakure. Sunagakure is the weakest village out of 5 strongest villages.

Conclusion: Sasori is at-most Low/Mid Kage Level Shinobi (in akatsuki, he is powerful than only Hidan or Deidara probably).
