Why else would it take three continuos years to store, if you just store some and continued in, shizune could've rid t. But I believe you do it continuously, building and strengthening you Chaka network, with each day it becomes more stronger and able to hold just a bit more than before.......which would explain Sakura's strength over the years. I'll expand this later

She deserves the title in terms of chakra level when she first unleashed her byakugou with 3 years worth of chakra.
but afterwards , her chakra depleted gradually and rapidly in the recent chapters.
then she'll probably need around 2-3 years to recover , while kisame can take days or even minutes to do the same.

but she might take it in the field of endurance and damage power tho.

Are you sure this is the case? I mean, Tsunade, who also is a yin seal user replenishes her seal in mere days.
