Naruto's TSB didn't seem seem to work the same way Madara's or Obito's did when he had RSM.

That's simple speculation. It was never stated Naruto was or fully demonstrated he used the ability.

no, naruto isnt immune to ninjutsu. juubi jins apply a certain yin-yang technique to their truthseekers that allow it to nullify all ninjutsu. nothing implies that naruto is doing the same with his truthseekers.

Thats the purpose of the truth seeker orb. Its made of ALL natures( including yyin and yang) and nullifies ninjutsu that does'nt contain nature chakra.

And by the way the Juubi Jinchuriki himself is NOT immune to ninjutsu. Only the Orbs are. They just couldnt get passed the Orbs without Senjutsu.

I think Juubi Jinchuuriki are emphasized to be immune to Senjutsu as Minato resorted to Ninjutsu to damage Juubidara and even Naruto was told he needed to use Senjutsu to actually damage Juubito. Hell, there was an entire instant dedicated to Juubito defending himself against Gamakichi's attack because it was Senjutsu whereas he did no such thing against Ninjutsu such as Naruto and Sasuke's Futon + Enton combination attack.

RSM Naruto however, was damaged by Rinnegan Sasuke's Regular Chidori, so I don't think he's immune.

Only the Truth Seeking Orbs nullify ninjutsu. Not the jinchuriki.
