Is Rinnegan Sasuke stronger than Rinnegan Madara?

Excluding Sasuke's Shunshin, Sasuke is on par with Naruto's speed, probably. Madara was able to react to Naruto.
Sasuke doesn't react that fast after teleporting, as seen when Kaguya was being revived.
If Madara manages to activate Limbo, Sasuke is done for.
If not, Sasuke wins.

No, Sasuke's rinnegan gives him extreme speed boost. Speed is by far the strongest and most effective form of offence. Sasuke's EMS gives him nothing exceptional, and Sasuke's PS is also smaller than Madara's PS

I don't see Sasuke winning against at least 6 Madaras, 5 of them which he can't hit.
Sasuke seems to not be able to spam his Rinnegan ability, and Madara may take an advantage as well.
Plus, Madara won't spam all Limbos at once in order to cover his Limbo cooldown.

P.S.: I'm talking about alive double Rinnegan Madara.

No matter what Limbo it is, it can withstand Sasuke's attack.
The preparation time of Limbo doesn't change, no matter if you are a Juubi Jin. Limbo seems to appear immediately, that doesn't have to do with the Juubi, either.
The staff doesn't serve for defensive purposes... If he had more orbs, he'd make a shield in no time.
And yes, Madara was weakened by getting stabbed, combo'ed and stuff. It wasn't much, anyway.
