They are definitely equal. Kishi is foreshadowing Narutos and Sasukes final battle. Sasuke will get the Perfect Susano'o and Naruto already has Bijuu Mode. They are definitely equal.

I think susano-o is better because of the controlled power...
bijuu's can only use TBB but with wood style susano-o is over powering the tailed beasts

Neither are "correct" as of yet because it has yet to be shown. We can't base a decision from sloppy translations, unless you know Japanese and read the original text in the appropriate context or we see in the manga it is still unknown. But given this manga and Naruto having a Bijuu and possibly all of them later it's safe to assume the Bijuu will beat Susano'o.

I really don't know. We just have to wait and see. And a Jinchuriki is more powerful than a Bijuu by itself.

P.S. To those saying that Sasuke will get Perfect Susano'o: Not all Susano'o are equal.

More importantly, notice the setup here for the fight between Naruto and Sasuke. When Naruto unlocked his Bijuu mode we all agreed it was pretty over-powering. If they had fought then, Naruto with Bijuu mode and TBB would have defeated Sasuke. Now, we see a way for Sasuke to gain a power to rival Bijuu mode: Perfect Susanoo.

We don't know if Perfect Susanoo comes from EMS or Rinnegan yet, so it's not clear if Sasuke has this capability yet. In either case, Madara is showing us the goal of what Sasuke can become, and how Sasuke could be a real threat to Naruto. This is very interesting foreshadowing.

No translation is perfect. Things can't be perfectly translated from one language to another. Things are misinterpreted and lost in translation very often. All we can say is that they are equal for the moment. Just wait and see what will really happen.

either perfect susano > bijjus
or
perfect susano = bijjus.

but it really sucks to see, a jinchuriki = an uchiha,

By the looks of Edo Madaras Perfect Susanoo , id Say it's comparable to Kuramas + Narutos = BM or something.

It looks like Obelisk the Tormentor or something.
