Is Pein overrated

To paraphrase here, Pein said this after defeating Jirayia

-"He's incredibly strong, if he knew that I had six bodies before the battle started he would have probably killed me."

So is Pein basically over-hyped?

I mean, even though Jiraya was one of the strongest characters in the series, Pein was believed to unbeatable. As if a whole village stands no chance against him.

But then Naruto defeated him.

Also, I still don't agree with the notion that the rinnegan is superior to the sharingan.

Everybody speaks of controlling bodies and shit and having multiple powers, but how does that compare with controlling a kyubii or teleporting and shit.

I mean, Pein was Madara's bitch ffs.

I think he was overrated in the sense that they called him a god, when he clearly was not. Someone like Rikudo Sennin would be more worthy of that title.

In response to the Rinnegan's superiority to the Sharingan, all you have to do is look at the Sage of Six Paths, and your answer is there. Madara cannot create the moon...nuff said :|

I Hate all u nooblies who think Naruto beat Pain.
1) Pain didnt intend to kill him
2) Hinata's intervention
3) Katsuya's Intel
4) Pain was weakened from invasion + Chibaku tensei
5) Despite this, Pain killed HIMSELF to revive the villagers
6) What else? he was pre-prepared with bunshins on mt. myoboku
Anything else?... He had three og-f the strongest summons and Ma/Pa doin shiz
Seriously, if this things werent in the battle, Naruto woulda got his ass handed to him

Anyway pein owned, he did wat i wanted someone to do for a long time; walk into konoha and just f it up :|

Using Rinnegan, SO6P sealed the Juubi and last i recall, all the tail-beasts are not even a fraction compared to the Juubi :| So that ends that
