Are you retarded? The reason why he's the undisputed fastest in the manga is because of FTG, an instantaneous teleportation technique. While Minato's Shunshin is quick, it's nothing special. His moniker as the Yellow flash comes from FTG. I never knew you could get slower than instant.

Even if that were true, which it isnt, he has BM now. His speed should be off the charts compared to Naruto who had average speed before he gained BM.
Kishi is just trolling him. It's not the first or the last he's trolled a character's speed. Obito's recent defeat was also BS how Sasuke, who couldnt even track V2 Ay was able to keep up with him.
