As I recall, Zetsu had grabbed Obito when he came out of the ground unexpectedly. He didn't know what was happening. Why would he use Rasengan and possibly hurt Obito when everything happen so suddenly? Naruto fanbase is trash hate to admit it, not all of us. Most just give us bad rep in the anime world.

Are you retarded? The reason why he's the undisputed fastest in the manga is because of FTG, an instantaneous teleportation technique. While Minato's Shunshin is quick, it's nothing special. His moniker as the Yellow flash comes from FTG. I never knew you could get slower than instant.

That's called restricting who's to say base sasuke isn't the fastest? He was hailed for his speed up until he learned susanoo. You can't prove minatos sunshin is faster than anyone else's.
