[Question] Is one peice worth watching

Definitely. It's a slow and long start, but it is so worth it. Once things kick into high gear, you wouldn't even care about how long it took.

Keep watching till you finish the Arlong Park Arc (episode 44). That arc is beautifully written and the back story of a certain someone in that arc is amazing. If you don't like it after that then drop it or maybe read the manga as it is a lot faster.

Yes it's awesome the introduction of Luffy's crew mates might be long and boring but once u head towards Alabasta it gets awesome !!!

It gets a lot better later, Watch until around episode 30 and see if you don't like it. Maybe it's just not for you, but I love it because it's an awesome adventure. If you're looking for awesome fights stop now. Although there are awesome fights later on.

I´d say, give it a chance. It seems a lot of peeps have the same problem with OP, and later they come here to show their eternal love for the series

Give it a shot. Most will say it takes a while to get good but that wasn't the case for me. I liked it the moment I began to watch it. As long as you don't mind a good bit of humor in a manga, you should like OP. The anime or the manga should suffice. As Riker said above, you won't regret the amount of time it takes to catch up.
