I don't think so, I think the scars made him look more broken than anything, like the unscarred side was Tobi, cool, calm, collected, and willing to kill anyone that stands in his way, while the scarred side was Obito, sad, broken, hurting, and full of pain.

I somewhat agree with this too. I have mixed opinions about it.
