The original structure of his face is very masculine and his chin and jaw are not girly in the least. He also has a hair style that accentuates his face. Men with long hair tend to hide the prominent jaw line and cover any cheek bones that may pop out. His short cut hair is what brings the handsomeness out. He's attractive if you're observent enough to look past the scar. Not to mention he has a decent sized bone frame and is very fit. I count him as attractive scars are just effects of something that happened.

Well, I like long haired boys, not to mention I prefer blond ones, so Obito isn't my type anyway U_U

That's your opinion but long haired is not considered a masculine trait it's described as being pretty. So having long hair can make you less handsome. And who asked if he was your type. The OP asked if he was attractive reply to the op.

Not really, just look at all those fantasy action heroes like Aragorn or Thor who are considered manly. Though in my case, I happen to prefer somewhat feminine guys (I also like short hair on women, myself included).

It's all subjective anyway; however, I'm almost certain the masses would agree that long hair is not manly. And I never said that long hair makes you less handsome I said it lowers your level of handsomeness I'm sure Thor and all those guys you mentioned who I've never seen would look even more handsome if they where to cut their hair. I don't think so, I think the scars made him look more broken than anything, like the unscarred side was Tobi, cool, calm, collected, and willing to kill anyone that stands in his way, while the scarred side was Obito, sad, broken, hurting, and full of pain.
