Such as Kabuto's Sage Art: White Rage Technique

This technique releases a blinding light and deafening sound. Also due to the intensity of the vibrations of the technique it causes paralysis.
This technique attacks the senses and disrupts their concentration.

So without going into Full Kamui dimension is he able to dodge it.?​
