I'm loving the new show so far. But boruto being 12 asking his mom what is her eye thing called rubbed me the wrong way. Does he know nothing of his heritage? An the fact he keeps the fact he sees a strange aura on his friends bothers me also. He should be speaking up

Probably thought it was normal. They grww up in a world were people are walking rainbows; Different colored eyes (apart from the normal in our World), hair, etc.

Since he didn't grow up as a Hyuuga Clan member, and since that's his mom. I doubt he noticed or was interested in her eyes like that.
