Yes it has. The admin and Versuvio have ensured that there is always plenty to do other than the manga like fanfiction, contests, discussion both naruto and non naruto related. There are forum games and it still doesn't stop there. The only way it would completely shut down is if Versuvio decided that he can't do it anymore but even then he would instead pass it on to someone else like Zise, Caliburn, or even Nexus if he ever comes back.
