Sasuke was able to track his movements perfectly.

You are talking about something that is meaningless. Even if he was able to perfectly track him, in the end it didnt make him better in any way.

The Sharingan can keep up with the moves but his body can't. Lol.. Naruto got way too fast for his own good.
