Is Naruto's speed still an issue for Sasuke?

Not at all. In fact, Sasuke was easily able to read Obito's movements whilst Naruto was having difficulty doing so. He was the first one to make a strike as well. There is no way in hell Sasuke won't be able to react to Naruto. That is fanfiction now.

How is Obito faster than Naruto? Naruto speed was compared to Minato's and Minato is faster than Obito still since he's instant so wouldn't Naruto speed still be greater than Obito's? The speed I'm talking about is Naruto's full speed which he only used 3x and all 3 times he was compared to Minato. Naruto doesn't have control over this speed yet so he rarely use it, he never finished his training after-all. When Naruto first used it, Yamato said Naruto wasn't good at it yet:

, Naruto only managed to match A's speed at first but used his full speed when A attacked him with his fastest attack:

We seen Minato and Tobirama to still be faster than Obito with FTG, Tobirama taking the tbb Obito put on Minato and returned it to Obito was awesome:
And Minato FTG Sasuke and Naruto away before Obito could kill them, and he did fight toe to toe with Obito and only lose an arm while the other kages had large parts of their body destroyed. Naruto's full speed still looks to be faster than Obito but he lacks the control from lack of training.

The hell?

-Obito already blitzed Naruto in canon and has already displayed faster movement speed than him. Manga fact.

-Naruto's speed was never once directly compared to Hiraishin's speed. Only a true fanwanker would think Naruto's speed is comparable to Hiraishin, which is instant. He'd have to be FTL to even begin talking about his speed being compared to Hiraishin.

Minato and Tobirama being faster than Obito via Hiraishin doesn't make Naruto faster than him, not a chance in hell.

I believe Sasuke is slower than base Minato, Deidara isn't known for his speed feats. Sasuke speed was still slower than Itachi's and Kakashi was on Sasuke's speed level. Naruto base was fast enough to take Sakura before Sasuke could stab her and he was fast enough to not be sensed by Sasuke or Kakashi. Base Minato saved baby Naruto from Obito who complimented Minato and said he deserves the name the yellow flash.

Plenty of attacks have missed in this manga, rarely an attacker says "i cant track him very well".

Sasuke was able to track his movements perfectly. He missed, because Obito is way too fast. I am not sure why you are still stuck on Obito, when this thread is about keeping up. The second strike caught Obito, didn't it? The whole point is to make analogy.

Databook is all that you have going for yourself? What a loafer. Deidara uses different Chakra based Clay accordingly with the opponents speed. Even his C2 was effortlessly evaded by Sasuke.

Naruto hasn't used his top speed much or properly in a fight. Sasuke keeping up Naruto in KCM in human form is just a big as troll move by Kishi.

Actually, I don't think that Sasori beats him anymore. I learned more about Itachi's capabilities and I thought a little bit more about that match up. Personally, I believe that Itachi would win now.​

Great contribution. I completely agree. At Base level, Sasuke is not slower than Base Minato. Not a chance. The speed feats prove so. I could rep you, but I cannot at the moment. I will use these scans with my future arguments as well. Beats looking for them. Lol
