Is Naruto's speed still an issue for Sasuke?

Of course it's possible to track shunshin, reason why there are level of shunshins to begin with. Minato's shunshin being faster than Tobirama's for example, or Gai's shunshin stated to be above that of Kakashi in part1 by Sasuke. Certain ninjas(Naruto, Minato or A) are faster with their shunshin than others

Great, to my understanding then I do have a scan of a Itachi clone reacting and tracking the movements of sasuke's shunshi to my belief.

Not at all. In fact, Sasuke was easily able to read Obito's movements whilst Naruto was having difficulty doing so.

OT: If Sasuke was able to follow after Obito, then it shouldnt be any different with Naruto.

It that was true, Sasuke would hit him instead of missing. Naruto and Sasuke had the same difficulties here.

He was the first one to make a strike as well.

^ Actually no. Obito literally out-sped Minato who used FTG at one point - I don't think he is using that level of speed here - but my point is, look at the slash. To even read this movement and react is something, and Sasuke - unlike Naruto and Obito - has no additional enhancements.

Obito was flying in mid-air. I clearly cannot see how exactly can Shunshin=Flying. It depends; if they only use their strongest forms, then I don't see it being much of an issue. If however, they fight in their lesser forms, then it would guarantee to be a problem.

Sasuke had trouble with matching Killer Bee's unconventional kenjutsu, the only other time Bee landed a hit was when Sasuke had let his guard down and had his back turned.

Anyway, those are MS feats and speed is just too damn inconsistent in this series.

Even the likes of FTG will be nerfed purely to make a fight more interesting.

The rule of the thumb is a character's speed feats will max out two or three times before becoming irrelevant, Minato, Naruto and Sasuke are all proof of that.
