Is Naruto weak without nine tails?

People always saying that naruto is weak without the nine tails but i want to clear some stuff up that they might not thought about. If there were no nine tails then minato the fourth hokage would still be alive to teach naruto his son all his great techniques like flying god and all his sealing techniques. Plus he already had large amount of chakra reserves being Minato(who was know to have large amount of chakra) and Kushina.

What do you think Naruto weak or strong is there was no nine tails?

Naruto isn't weak without the 9tails because he always has Sm to Fall back on.

Sm mode makes him Low-Mid Kage level

Not weak, just not great. But the same could be said about alot of characters that are given a special power. take sasuke for example; if he didn't have sharingan where would he be?

IF he learns FTG he'd be complete and kyuubi can go die in a ditch somewhere

he would only have sm

but what would happen if the events with kyuubi etc never happened we can just speculate
maybe minato still would have died because of something else?

him being with jiraiya was mostly about protectio and him basically him being his grandson.

the guy would have been with him regardless imo(him being a host just pressured things)

i honestly think that he would be a overall better sage without the ninetails

but if naruto never had the nine tail inside of him haku would have killed him, the only reason naruto survived the haku battle is because of the nine tailed fox.
