a lot of ppl will say one piece
a lot of ppl will say attack on titan
a lot of ppl will say death nothe
a lot of ppl will say naruto...

but IMO

Naruto is the best manga
But not the best anime

One piece by far. Then comes Hunter x Hunter. These are not in any order: Fairy Tail, Bleach, Yu Yu Hakusho, AoT, FMA, Soul Eater, Katekyo Hitman Reborn. All a. There are many animes/Mangas out there far better then Naruto.

Part 1 Naruto was good. Shippuden sucks b*lls.

There is no best, just watch whatever you find to be entertaining. The last couple of animes I watched were Attack on Titan, Cowboy Bebop, Magi, Danganropa, and Durarara. Out of all of those I enjoyed Cowboy Bebop the most.
