This was hard to look up, there a website that has a number of main characters not getting the girl here a list below that I pick out.
1: Digimon Tachi with Yamato & not with Sora
2: The Dark Knight
Here is my favourite
The Hunchback Of Notre Dame the main character doesn't end up with the girl, but to be honest come on have you seen him
