[Discussion] Is naruto rinkodu

I mean after the fight with the kyubi, he sealed him, the kyubi was shocked and he said rinkodu. Also when he is in km, his chackra forms sumtin like that of the rinkodu sage's necklaces. My question is, will naruto be able to create is own 6path and his he really rinkodu even without the rinnegan.

he is having only the rikudou younger son power that is only the power of rikudou body not the eye power and chakra if some how he get that eye power he will be unless he is not
