Personally,I don't think there is a good candidate for the 6th hokage(besides kakashi)
1.sasuke.he's got the power no doubt,but he's extremely suggestible and emotional. I could see him being a tough leader with a "do whatever it takes" mentality. Because of this,he may end up doing something that's perceived as spiteful and could potentially break the alliance. He's a lot like tobirama.
2.naruto: power wise he passes the test obviously. He has a major,major leadership flaw though.he tries to be friends with everyone.like religious Zealots who knock on your door at 6 in the morning, he tries to recruit you into "a good guy". A lot of people compare him to hashirama due to his goofy behavior but he's actually a lot more like hiruzen;soft and niave. Imagine if the hyyuga clan planned a takeover... Would he really be willing to allow them to be killed?hiruzen argued that they should try to find peace with the uchiha but ultimately agreed with the others.unlike hiruzen however,he would probably march straight up their leader and try to tnj him...a lot of innocent people could die if that happened.
Kiba:do I really have to explain? His skill is mediocre at best.I consider him the second weakest in k11(ino being the first).he's even more impulsive and loudmouthed then naruto.his abrasive nature could make him a lot of enemies
