Depends on your taste. Some people say it's gotten worse and some say it's gotten better. The current arc is pulling out all the stops. It's like the Alabasta Arc times 10 IMO. It's gotten more interesting to me but there's much more build up that still needs to be developed later in the series. So you can decide from there.
I'm biased to OP though so I'm gonna say it's gotten MUCH more interesting. But you're bound to find people who disagree.
He can't transform fully into something that he does not have fully. He has only ever had 1/2 of kurama and thus cannot obtain an actual transformation into the beast like bee. Also the Chakra Kurama looks pretty badass imo, especially Minato's.
He doesn't need clones, he has exhibited this. Clones just make it easier.
Third, ya I would have to agree with Sasuke leading right now, but it's only natural. He is the smarter one.
Naruto destroyed those meteors with ease, and had his power very well controlled, Sasuke only nearly got hit because Sasuke moved toward the explosions. While I agree that they were in Sasuke's way of reaching Naruto, sakura, and Kakashi, they had a reason to be there.
The chakra spreading feat is his, He is the one that changes kurama's chakra into other's peoples type of chakra.
Orly he uses his own power? I guess he should take his near blind eyes back, and ditch the glorious eyes of Itachi.
First... Sasuke took Itachi's eyes which had to be transplanted by Obito.
That was a handed powerup.
Second, he can't fully transform into Kurama because he has only half at a time, Yang, which is light energy, and Yin which is dark. Hence why Naruto transformed into light Kurama while Minato transformed into dark.

Kurama only hands Naruto the chakra, only Naruto is able to transform it to meet individual needs.

Also, that's great. Sasuke is leading the show right now. He does that once in a while. Your point? Can't be about Naruto all the time, despite the name of the manga.
XD omg seriously? your obviously a fanboy. he was skilled long before now. you could see that if you had been reading with a non biased eye. naruto was skilled when he invented kaze rasenshuriken. read the manga without bias and your eyes will be opened
1. Naruto hasn't even had all of Kurama at times where transformation would be useful.
2. Rasengan, unlike Chidori, requires minimal chakra, so it can be spammed like crazy
3. Naruto is using his own power, granted to him by those who were swayed by his demeanor, a power Sasuke could never have, and Naruto's chakra reserves are beyond comprehension
4. A large amount of Sasuke's chakra comes from the curse seal, as it was previously stated that his chakra reserves were pretty small, so he does use "borrowed" power.

I think what op is getting at is if it wasn't Naruto it would be someone else. It just seems like Sasuke is better because of natural talent while Naruto is more hard work. Basicly the theme of the series
