Naruto can barely destroy a few meteors all while wasting energy and he can hardly control this power to not get in Sasuke's way.

Feats like spreading chakra are all on kurama.

Unlike naruto, Sasuke uses his own power.

Yeah dude. Juugo didn't infuse his cells. Neither did oro with the curse mark. And he most definitely DOES NOT have his brothers eyes in place of his own.

Almost ALL power in the narutoverse can be looked at as borrowed in some way. Except maybe the fruit from the tree or Kaguya.

1. Naruto hasn't even had all of Kurama at times where transformation would be useful.

2. Rasengan, unlike Chidori, requires minimal chakra, so it can be spammed like crazy

3. Naruto is using his own power, granted to him by those who were swayed by his demeanor, a power Sasuke could never have, and Naruto's chakra reserves are beyond comprehension

4. A large amount of Sasuke's chakra comes from the curse seal, as it was previously stated that his chakra reserves were pretty small, so he does use "borrowed" power.
